"My kids have been the best things to happen to me.
Ultimately it's my babies that have given me the confidence to chase my dreams and pursue photography. They've really made me be a lot kinder to myself. In a lot of situations, I'll remind myself to give myself the same advice if give my kids. I've realised that leading by example also means I've needed to love myself and do things for myself more. 

Having kids has made me want to not just be a great mum but a great person, and to really connect with myself and my identity as Amanda (not just mum). I feel more determined than ever to build wonderful relationships with my friends and family and to appreciate the fun in life. "
